Google Places Auto-Complete and Repeater Fields

I'm looking for a way to use Google Places auto-complete for an address field, but would like to be able to use that in a repeater. For example, my form is an application form where users will provide their address history. They may have multiple current/former addresses to list. I would like the user to be able to enter their address, then use a repeater to add another address if applicable. If adding a 2nd address, I would like that address field to also make use of the Google Places API for an address auto-complete. I am using the Google Address Autocomplete plugin and can successfully get the first instance of a repeater field to use the auto-complete, but none of the "adds" (when you click add to add a new set of fields for the repeater) will make use of it. Any ideas?
