Cascading Forms

I am building a form using cascading lookup fields. It is designed to be able to find which car dealers sell certain brands in each state. Some dealers sell multiple brands. Example: Take 2 dealers entered into the data form. DATA FORM ENTRIES Dealer 1 (Single Brand Dealer) Business Name: Fairmont KIA State: SUTTON Brands Sold: KIA (Checkbox Field - Over 40 choices) Dealer 2 (Multi Brand Dealer) Business Name: Fairview Dealer Group State: SUTTON Brands Sold: MAZDA, HYUNDAI, KIA (Checkbox Field - Over 40 choices) Lookup fields are as follows: STATE (Get Data from DATA FORM) BRANDS SOLD (Get Data from DATA FORM) (Watch STATE) BUSINESS NAME (Get Data from DATA FORM) (Watch STATE) (Watch BRANDS SOLD) Dealer 2 - Fairview Dealer Group, has the KIA box checked, however does not show up in the BUSINESS NAME lookup field. Dealer 2, is not shown due to multiple boxes checked. How can I get the lookup to recognize ANY dealer that has KIA checked, even if other brands are checked?

Update Field on Submit/Create (Same Form)

I have a dropdown that has a list of status values: Quote Sent Received Completed When a user starts a new form, it defaults to "Quote". I want the status to update to "Sent" when they hit the submit button. How do I do this?

Edit Entries Link Just Reloads the Page

I'm trying to create a view where submitted form data can be displayed, sorted and edited/updated. Unfortunately, when I click the edit link, the page goes nowhere. It simply reloads. I have the following settings: The page ID that the form is on is 13. The form ID is also 13. (coincidence). View Format = All Entries Before Content <table> <thead> <tr> <th>Name</th> <th>Birthday</th> <th>Age</th> <th>Home</th> <th>Edit</th> </tr> </thead> <tbody> Content <tr> <td>[289]</td> <td>[290]</td> <td>[299]</td> <td>[300]</td> <td>[editlink label="Edit" page_id=13]</td> </tr> After Content </tbody> </table> Entries are filtered by current_user The following shows on the view page when I click edit The page you requested could not be found. Send form to another user to complete and submit

I am building a referral platform using formidable pro for a Finance Broker. The Finance Broker has Referrers that refer Customers to him. His Referrers are professionals like accountants, lawyers etc. and he pays them a commission when a Customer buys something on finance. He wants a system where his Referrers can enter some basic info and submit a form which prompts the Customer to complete a Finance Application. He currently has a form where the Referrer sends the Customer details directly to him (Referrer > Finance Broker), however it takes a lot of time to contact the customer and take their Finance Application over the phone. Ideally, he wants a completed Finance Application in his inbox that he can process. The funnel will go like this Referrer > Customer > Finance Broker where the Customer completes the Finance Application before it gets to the Finance Broker. I'm not sure if this is even possible, or whether it should be done over 1 or 2 forms given the Customer should only ever see their own data. REFERRER The Referrer enters basic information about a customer and submits a form. This would send an email to the Customer to create an […]

Thousands Separator in Field

I have text fields and number fields with dollar amounts which can range from $1 up to $300,000. Formatting does not achieve the desired result I'm after for obvious reasons. How do I put a thousands separator in these fields? If this requires coding, can someone tell me where the code goes, ie. if I use a plugin or it goes in customize HTML etc. I'm ok with code, but it's not always clear where to put it.

Sending an Email Notification Attachment (frm_notification_attachment)?

Hi All, I'm trying to create a form - let's call it a "Send Documents" form. The form building part is easy, but I run into issues when trying to customise the Email Notification to send attachments.I want to be able to send an attachment from documents I have uploaded into wordpress content folder. To make this easy, I'll use the example of a Restaurant Menu. The document I want to send does need to be dynamic or linked with the form data in any way, so it's unnecessary to use a plugin that does this. I want the user to be able to: Enter email address of who will receive the email Hit Submit An email goes to the intended recipient with an attachment (not a download link) The attachment is hosted by me in WordPress I found something in the knowledge base about autoresponder attachments but don't know where to put the code or how to use it.Does anyone have a workaround/plugin/instructions on how to do this?
