Accessibility issue with verify hidden field

I have a Wave accessibility error on a formidable contact form. The error is "Missing Form Label" and the field is:

<input type="text" class="frm_hidden" id="frm_verify" name="frm_verify" value="">

Not sure why this is a regular text field vs a hidden field?

We are also experiencing the same accessibility error. Could you please either make this a hidden field or add a label to it to remove the error?

Any update on this topic? I'm experiencing the same thing.
