Add a registered user in a parent page automatically

When a user is registered, I have a form action that's automatically creating a page with the username in the domain such as http://www.domain.com/username. Is there a way to have them automatically get into a parent page such as Members so that the domain automatically shows as http://www.domain.com/MEMBER/username ?

See this, it explains how to update the post_parent field. Even though you're creating pages, the field in the database is still post_parent.
