After submitting the screen goes to a white screen
I am not sure what is going on. I have tried everything from disabling all other plugins to changing website theme just to try to figure out why the form is not submitting and redirecting. Once you submit, the screen goes to a blank white screen. No email submission is received. This is happening on all my forms. http://kidzonemaui.com/keiki-day/beautiful-baby-contest-information/ this is a page with 2 of the forms in links. Can someone help me? Thank you so much in advance.

This is a stretch, but is it possible your server is running a very old version of PHP? If the problem happens with Formidable running on a default theme with no other plugins active, then it's got to be something with your server configuration.
