Autopopulate a field from entries

Hello,

I have a form A that had created entries being displayed in a table view
That has a detail page which displays values from the table and entries.
Each entry has diferent ID’s
I also have Form B (displayed in in the detail page)
What I want is that the Subjet field in Form B displays the detail entry
Form A has a field called “Part number”( Field id 17) and then get displayed in the table view, the table view has a [detaillink] button that redirects the user to the detail page.
Form B is a “Request For Quote” with contact name etc fields and a “Subject” field.
What I want is that the Subject field on form B get and populate the part number (entry)
I have hundreds of entries in the table view so I need a shortcode or workaround for this.
I have tried with this shortcode [frm-field-value field_id=x entry=1296]
But it only displays a particular entry so if I place that it will always pull and populate that entry
I also have tried with [get title} {post_id} but that pulls the wp page title because I have entries not posts.
Any help to make this work will be greatly appreciated.
