Black out ALL dates except a specific few

Hi!

So I've seen and tested how to block out specific dates from this page: knowledgebase/frm_date_field_js/

My problem is we only host events twice a month, so I'm hoping to do it backwards and block out all dates except for specific ones?Really hoping someone can help or already knows the code for this? Otherwise I'll have to block out 341 dates manually ha.
