Calculating time to booking

Hi

we are using forms for a booking form. Within the form the customer selects a date and time for their booking. Is there a way to calculate the time in hours between booking time and current time? Our fee increases if a booking is made less than 24 hours in advance.

 

Also we want customers to make payment within the form. What is the best payment plugin to use?
