Calendar booking dates restrictions

I use Formidable Forms' calendar in WordPress to allow users to book service on specific dates. However, I believe that it should be possible to exclude certain weekdays (i.e. Sundays), and it should be possible to prevent choosing dates in the past. Anybody who know about this???
