Can Formidable do something like this?
I have a use case for a client where I would need to create maybe 4 or 5 forms that would be constantly reused. The client is a nutritionist. She needs to gather certain information from here clients - some standard forms that all of them will fill out.
The trick is that I need to be able to group the submissions of the forms by client. So for example CLIENT A fills out forms 1-5 and I can go somewhere to just see the forms belonging to CLIENT A, and the same for other clients.
This could potentially be grouped by some kind of category or tag, or could be grouped by user - whatever is simplest to set up.
Is this something that could be done with Formidable using some combination of add-ons?

I don't think you need an add-on. You can probably do this with a search view and results page.

OK, I haven't used this tool before. Are those functions available in the free version of Formidable, or do I have to go Pro?

You might want to ask the Strategy Eleven team. I've been using Formidable Pro for so long, I don't remember the difference between the Free and Pro versions.
