Hi guys,

I'm considering buying the pro version. I'm just not sure whether the things I want, can be done with this plugin. Can I create data input forms with HTML  and CSS which looks like the attached images? If its possible let me know how. If not, please suggest other plugins that would get the job done. Hope you guys would point me in the right direction.

You'd have to be very creative with the custom HTML to pull something like this off. I don't think it would be easy.
