Change the filled-in values of a sent-in form
Hi there, some users have sent in their forums, but I'd like to change some of their filled-in values. I'm able to do that in the Forms > Submissions (I don't know if this is the correct word) but eventually the changes doesn't show in the display on my page.
Why is that, and what am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry. I don't follow the problem exactly. Can you provide more information.

When I provide a form on a page, and users fill in this form, I can see these values in a list in the backoffice. Now a user has asked me to change his filled in value, which I can do in the backoffice.
But when I go back to the event page, where I show the output of all users who filled in the form, the change doesn't show.
So in my screenshot example, it says 'Lunch 1'. In the backoffice I changed this value to 2. But on the frontend page it keeps showing 1.
I'm using the Dutch version. I hope I've described it clearly enough.

I can only suspect this would be because of some caching issue, unless you're mistaken on the entry ID. Do you have caching plugins?

No it's not a caching issue, I've tested this. I also don't have a caching plugin. Changing the entry in the field is easy to do, so that's why I wonder why I don't see the results in the front end.
Anyone else an idea?

Have you disabled all plugins other than Formidable and used a Wordpress default theme?
Can you export the form and some entries for me to test on my environment?

Hi Bobby,
Thank you for replying. I've disabled all plugins that could be a problem, but that didn't give any change.
I haven't used the default theme, as that would give me hours of work to set back all settings. I've learned it's not that easy to switch easily from theme to theme.
Attached is the CSV file of the export. I've deleted the personal information, so it's safe to share.
If this doesn't work, I just leave it as it is.
Thanks for yout time!

Yolanda,
Seeing the data entry doesn't allow me to troubleshoot anything really. I'm asking for an export - > https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/export-forms-entries-views/ of the form, entries, and view. I can create my own entries to test the issue.

Thank you Bobby, for trying to help me.
I've decided to leave it as it is. I can delete an entry, and re-enter the new one. That will show in the front-end. So I will use this work around for now.
Thank you!
