Close a form after submit

Hello All,

Is there a way to close a form after submit?

When a user finished filling the form and then hits submit a success message is displayed but the form (empty) is displayed as well...

I would like the form to close after submit and get only the success message displayed.

Go into your form's settings and deselect the "Show the form with the confirmation message" option at the top.
