Conditional fields trigger customised email to external email addresses

I'm wanting to create a form which will have a number of conditional elements. Depending on these conditions selected an email will be triggered which will be sent to a number of external email addresses.

This form will need to have a number of different email notifications dependant on the conditions chosen.

Is this possible?

It's probably best to do this in PHP by hooking into the frm_after_create_entry action. Maybe this will five you some idea: http://community.formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/frm_after_create_entry/
