I am trying to build a site where depending on what is selected on the form, the use will see a particular post or page. Is this possible?

Example: The user will choose cheese, peppers and onions on a Pizza and after they click submit, it will take them to a post or page with a photo of a pizza with cheese, peppers and onion on it.
