Hello,

I have a form that i made for personal use. A checklist for events in the hospitality industry i use for my clients. In the form i have a dropdown field with different event venues. Is it possible to have the form results, when submitted, send to an email corresponding to which venue is selected?

for example:

VENUE A is selected it sends to [email protected]

VENUE B is selected it sends to [email protected]

 

The way I see it is create multiple form actions with conditional logics. Am I on the right track or is there alternate ways?
