Conditionallogic bug

Hi,

I have a weird bug with conditional logic dropdown/radio :

When 2 radio fields is conditional to another radio fields, the conditional option is messed up, impossible to have 2 different.

Example :

Dropdown

• Member
• Not member

Section 1 member (conditional to dropdown option)

• January 3
• January 4

January 3 (conditional to Dates)

• Hockey 0$
• Baseball 0$

January 4 (conditional to dates)

• Swimming 0$
• Basketball 0$
• Tennis 0$

Section 2 not member (conditional to dropdown option)

• January 3
• January 4

January 3 (conditional to Dates)

• Hockey 15$
• Baseball 15$

January 4 (conditional to dates)

• Swimming 15$
• Basketball 15$
• Tennis 15$

I'm not able to conditional dates radio according to the choice of the date. If I select January 3 field conditional to radio January 3, January 4 becomes conditional to radio January 3...

I tried many ways : all fields in the same form, embed forms, deactivate all plugins, use standard theme. All with no luck.

Any idea?
