Copy Dynamic Value

Hello,

I've a form with one text field and a form with a dynamic lookup field and two text fields.

The entries of the first form are used as dynamic lookup values in the second form.

One of the two text fields of the second form contains the chosen dynamic value + the other text field.

How can this dynamic value be stored in this field?

I've tried a lot of things, but was not able to realize this.

Please, advise.
