Count shortcode not working

I'm trying to get the count of records of a particular form.  I have the following code all by itself on a form and it's not working.  The id is the field id and the parent_id is the form id.

 

[frm-stats id=187 type="count" parent_id=28]

Hi Geno,
parent_id is used for the repeatable field not for form id.

Try the followings,

[frm-stats id=187 type="count"]
