Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to get the Country from IP address and send it to third-party marketing automation apps such as AutoPilot as a hidden value. Any ideas?

This is not something you do with Formidable Pro.  You need another Wordpress plugin that will take the Geo data and lookup the country.  One such plugin is GeoIP Detect.  To tie it to the IP address collected when someone fills out a Formidable Form, you are going to need to insert the PHP function to look up the country and send it to a 3rd party and hook it to frm_after_create_entry which runs when a entry is created.
