Credit Card field in a form is downloaded as pdf (no payment processing)

Hi guys, what's up! 🙂

We are trying to generate a password protected pdf that has all the info (including CC), however, I found the post stating that the credit card should be used with a payment processor and not otherwise, and therefore the field  is not visible/accessible unless Stripe or Authorize.net is purchased and installed, which we do not need in our case.

All we need is this:

We have an SSL secured page with a form that allows customers to fill in the form, including the CC details.

Once all is filled out, the submit button generates a password-secured pdf which the user downloads and sends to the service provider passing the password by phone. The service provider uses the personal and CC info in the form to manually process the payment using a local processing system.

I got response from support, offering to suggest a feature or trying the community to get any help with this, so here I am - in hope maybe any of you has helpful input on this:

Should I simply use a text field for the CC and somehow remove it once the pdf is downloaded?

What would you do?
