Custom list in Register User Country field

I use FF Pro and AddOn Register user. By default, the Country field is populated with some huge number of countries that my users will almost certainly never choose. How do I change it to show just a few countries. Or, alternatively, set the initial selection to United States instead of American Samoa?

Discovered how to set initial selection of the Address Country field to united States: While editing the Form, select the Country field an scroll down to "United States" and then Save the form. Guess that will do. Might even get a new User from Tuvalu sometime :-)
