Datepicker calendar not loading

Hello. Was wondering if I could get some assistance with my form. I'm stuck troubleshooting loading the jQuery form which loads the datepicker calendar on my formidable form. I have attached the console error that I found, and have added the wp_footer tag into the body on my site.

Are there any suggestions for things I could try to get it to work?

You are overriding Formidable's scripts with a custom jquery-ui js script of your own. You also have multiple jQuery errors in reservations, jquery-ui, counter, and finally, datepicker. jQuery errors in any script can cause all jQuery scripts on a page to stop executing. Since you are overriding what Formidable delivers, this isn't anything I can help you with.
