Distinct values in dynamic dropdown

Is there a way to get distinct values in a dynamic dropdown?  I am sourcing the values from a form field that has duplicate values and I just want to show one of each.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I just tried and it works great, but it only works for one id.  What do I need to do to make for multiple ids?  I think I would need to make a copy and change something, but don't know what.
