Hello,

Formidable Forms looks like it can do alot, but seems to be complicated. I would appreciate any help. Here is an overview of what I am trying to create and the issues so far.

The best idea I can describe it with would be a book report form. Here are the first issues I can't find answers to so far.

  1. Multiple users use the same form, but the results would only be available to the person who filled out the form.
    1. Would this be through a hidden user-id field?
    2. If a form creates a View, is that public to all who can log-in, or just the one who submitted the form
  2. The input from the first two fields need to follow throughout the form on multiple pages.
    1. I am using the dynamic values inside the field options, but it does not seem to be working.
    2. The fields are text inputs from the first two questions.

1. The user has to be logged in for this to work. Include the userid field on the form (hidden). Then filter the view on the current_user.

2. Multi-page forms are a little complicated. Without seeing an example of the form, I'm not sure how to answer this part of the question.
