Entry Creation Date
I have some forms that I have been working on that were created by someone else before me. On one form the Entry Creation Date is being recorded with the other info from the form but not on the other form. Is there any way I can add to have the Entry Creation Date record on the existing form that does not do this?

Can you screenshot an example of the form field in question along with a entry?

One form is recording the date on the entries and the other is not. Is there any way to tell the other form to record entry dates like the other?

I think you are just not seeing it because of your view settings.
Click on "Screen Options" at the very top of the page you have in the screenshot. It is right under your name.
Check the box Entry creation date. You can set what you see for each form.
Click apply.
Click "Screen Options" again to close it.
