You haven't provided a lot of details to go on. Are the users that are creating the forms logged in? If so, why not use the userid as the common link?
If you are trying to create relational forms where you have a single parent form and multiple children, you could use embedded forms, or use can use the id that WordPress creates for every entry into the database as a parent id, or last you can a hidden field that is created on the parent and passed to each of the children.
You can find the details about populating fields from other forms here: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/automatically-populate-fields/
