I've been using the Formidable forms for years now and all of a sudden notice that when you hit the submit button, the following error shows:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getOne() on a non-object in /home/content/57/10317957/html/wp-content/plugins/formidable-signature/controllers/FrmSigAppController.php on line 158

It is recording the responses but I'm not getting my email notifications anymore and this error message displays.  What is causing this?

Hi Monika,
Have you checked with Formidable Forms support?

This comes from the signature plugin. Have you tried updating to the latest version?

I did check the support but didn't find anything.  My paid subscription to the help desk has expired so they weren't able to help.

I checked and it doesn't seem like there is an update for the signature plugin.  I believe I have the latest version since the admin area of my site shows no updates available.  I ended up having to disable it and finally got it to work.  For now I will just use it like that until they issue another update that doesn't cause this problem.  Thank you for responding!

I see.

The latest version of the signature plugin is 1.11. I 'm currently using it in one of my client's project, no issues.
