Filled Form Reverts to Blank
I have created a form which, when completed by the customer, merges with E2PDF. On the subscriber's computer the form is filled out, draft saved, Submit. Upon submit the form merges with my PDF. The form was updated successfully. Today the customer logged in to update the form again and the form has no entries. When I look at the Formidable Form admn log, the entry for the form is there. I'm at a loss to understand what is happening.

Hi Lynn,
With default settings, a form is meant for submitting multiple entries. That is why if you go back to the form after submitting an entry, you will see a blank form.
If your subscriber can only submit one entry per a form, you can enable "Limit number of form entries per Logged-in users" in the form settings. In this way, if the subscriber goes back to the form again, he/she will see the form in edit mode with existing details auto-populated. https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/general-form-settings/#kb-limit-number-of-form-entries
If your subscriber can submit multiple entries and you want them to edit/delete their submitted entries, you will need to setup Frontend-editing with Views - https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/set-up-front-end-editing/
Hope that helps
