Form fields in paragraph

Hi there, is it possible to have form fields in a paragraph, like in the attached example?

You can display the values in a paragraph, but if you want to use a paragraph like that for data entry, then maybe. You would have to be very adept at using custom HTML and CSS to create the elements to display in-line. It won't be easy.
