Form Hand Off / Forward (ticketing)
Is it possible to partially fill out a form; submit it; have notifications sent; and have another user take over and complete the form?
I.E. John partially fills out a form and saves the form; then Peter gets a notification of a new entry; Peter takes over the form and completes/submits the form. In addition to receiving a notification Peter could also search for open/draft forms.
I guess this is like ticketing...

In item 2 you would need to define the role allowed to edit other users entries.

Hey,
so far so good, editing items from other users is possible.
But I'm having the other "hand over" issue described above, I don't know how to automatically send an email notification to Peter if a draft(!) is saved.
Can you please help?
Thanks!

Is there anything that defines when an email goes to Peter or does he simply see all drafts?

Thank you for the fast reply.
John fills the first few fields and then saves the form as a draft. By saving it, the notification to Peter should be sent out: "Hey there is a new draft, please login and complete it" (directlink would be awesome but not mandatory).
So in general, it would be okay for me to have it triggered everytime the save button is hit. Would be great if I can set a form field as "to"-email address.

The email notice functionality should be pretty straightforward. If you go into form actions and choose Add New Action -> Email Notification, you should be able to either add a new email trigger or create your first. Add peters email to the "To" field. Then down under "Action Triggers" ->Â Trigger this action after -> put a check in "save draft".
As for the direct link to edit the entry, I'd have to know your permalink structure and have direct access to the site and admin settings. I won't do that part for free though. I'm available for hire.
