Form Scheduling Time Format

I need to set a form to close tonight at 5:00 p.m local time. I used form scheduling settings to have it close at 2018-11-15 17:00. Is that time format correct for 5:00pm local time?

The format is correct as long as you have set the correct timezone in your Wordpress settings.
