Formidable not allowing additional fields

I’m having an issue with adding additional fields in my form. I have several fields in the form already, but when I select a field and provide a label it defaults back to the field type. Is there a limit to how many fields can be included in a form?

There's no limit. I've seen this happen with caching plugins or when memcached is enabled on the server.
