Formidable Pro Tooltips Revisited
There are a number of internal changes that come along with the release of Formidable Pro 2.0 and higher. The Formidable Pro development team has done a superb job of bringing consistency across the entire platform. One of these changes will impact the way some of your older custom jQuery scripts will function. Specifically, the HTML in radio buttons, checkboxes, and scale fields has changed a bit. The input id now uses the field key instead of the field ID. You can learn more about this and other changes in Things to know about 2.0.
As a result, I've rewritten one of my older tutorials to demonstrate how to create tooltips in the latest version of Formidable Pro. All source code and styling may be copied and used.

To be honest I've had mixed results with this method. There is another simpler method suggested in one of the earlier Formidable Pro tips which uses a plugin and the field description.
That might be worth a try.
