Formidable Registration causing "Too many redirects" as of version 2.0

Since updating to Formidable Registration 2.0 I'm getting a "Too many redirects" error when trying to log in. The site also uses the Theme My Login plugin and the two have happily co-existed for many months until this update. I've checked everything else that might be causing this and only disabling Formidable Registration 2.0 fixes the problem.

I'm not sure where to report this bug - I tried to submit a help desk ticket but it seems I'm on a grandfathered license so my tickets get automatically tagged as expired. What is the best channel to report a bug? And is there a fix for this issue.

Grandfathered licenses and having an active support account are not the same thing. Expired means you haven't paid to keep your support account active.

This is a Community Volunteer forum. Once in a while someone from the Formidable staff will chime in here, but in general, the people answering questions here are not affiliates with the Formidable team.

I run the registration plugin on a couple of sites and have not had any redirect issues, but then again I'm not using any 3rd party plugins to manage logins. You may be able to try http://redirectdetective.com/ to help find the source of the redirect. Maybe saving permalinks will help.

Steve, you can report a bug or ask account-related questions in the official help desk even if your support term is expired. Simply use the "report a bug" or "ask a question" option in the New Ticket (screenshot attached) form.

Thanks for the advice. I did get a response to my original support ticket. It seems there is a conflict with the Theme My Login plugin and setting the Login/Logout Page in Formidable Registration to blank fixes this.
