Get city, state, country from IP address

BY adding this plugin “My Geo Posts Free” and then adding a hidden field on the form containing this:

[mygeo_city], [mygeo_region], [mygeo_country_name]

I was able to decode the IP address into the city, state, and country so the email includes.

IP Address          Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

IP Address          124.168.138.66 (this comes from the default message)
