Good morning, I apologize for my English in advance, I am here to ask for your help if possible,
for a couple of days when our site users try to fill out any form of our site they always receive this error;

Fatal error: Call to undefined method FrmFieldDeprecated::getIds() in /web/htdocs/www.tictacoradigiocare.com/home/tictac/wp-content/plugins/formidable-plus/classes/helpers/FrmPlusEntryMetaHelper.php on line 482

I tried to update the addon, modify the form but the error remains, I'm serious about migrating to other solutions.

Thanks in advance

This is not an issue with Formidable Forms. That error is coming from the old Formidable Plus plugin, which is no longer in development or being supported. The developer of the add-on has shut down his business. See the developer's message here. http://topquark.com/

The add-on source code is available in github, but trying to figure what the developer intended would require an enormous effort. He is calling an old Formidable function that no longer exists. Someone would have to walk through all old Formidable versions until they found the right version, determine what the function did, and figure out what an equivalent would be. Either that, or a new function has to be written for the add-on to replace the deprecated one. The effort could take days. I don't think you'll find a community volunteer that would consider helping at that level of effort without getting compensated.

All the functionality from that add-on is available natively in Formidable anyway. I suggest you stop using the add-on and rebuild the form with Formidable functionality.
