Hired help

I would like to entertain the idea of hiring someone with knowledge using this platform to create a few forms. I'm needing to allow users to upload data and then have that data available for the public view. And the other would allow users to upload events to a calendar and the public to see. On the first one I'd like to have a graph showing popularity of the data that's uploaded.  This isn't really a necessity for us, but I think it would add to our site if it's cost prohibitive. Are there any individuals that contract out on a per job basis? Thanks in advance.... Lee
