I can't get FF Pro to update

I can't get FF Pro to update. I keep getting logged out from WP, no matter how many plugins I deactivate, etc., etc.

 

There is no error message

Upload it through FTP.

I am trying to change Form e-mail but UPDATE button does not work

All we can give you is general steps without access to your site. When any plugin doesn't doesn't work in WordPress, and you've already gone through the steps of troubleshooting plugins, the likely issues are jQuery problems or wrong PHP version.

Using the browser's built-in inspection tool, check the console for jQuery errors and fix any errors and warnings.

Check that you are using a supported PHP version. If not, upgrade PHP.

Enable WordPress debug and check the error logs.

If you can't resolve these issues, you'll need to contact the Formidable help desk, open a ticket with your host, or hire someone from the community to help you. As community volunteers, we can only go so far to provide support in this forum. The problem you are experiencing may require access to your system's back end to diagnose. That's beyond the scope of what we can do as community volunteers.
