I cant receive emails when using my formidable forms

I recently started using formidable forms. I was using contact form 7 previously. I can not receive the submission on email though. Someone send me a screenshot of how to configure that section or a video link.

I have seen it but i discovered a new problem when i was implementing it. When i save changes after editing am redirected to error 404 page and thus the changes dont take effect. i dont know how i can solve that

Try saving permalinks.
