I need frontend form where user can pick hours in a day when available

I don't even know if this is possible with Formidable Pro.

I'm creating a site where lesson providers can display the days of the week and hours in those days that they are available for a lesson. Similar to how one would block off days in Google Calendar and it would happen in their dashboard. I would then be mapping these fields to Advanced custom fields so that they can show up for the public facing lesson.

Does this make sense the way I explained it and if so can someone turn me in the right direction. I started off with select dropdowns for times on the half hour conditionally displayed when a day of the week is checked. This seems really clunky and definitely isn't user friendly...
