I want a dropdown with WordPress users

I would like to have a drop down or lookup field populated with all de first, last names and emailadresses of all WordPress users (in an intranet application).

You need to write custom code and apply it in the frm_setup_new_fields_vars hook. See this example for showing two fields. In your case, you need to show the three fields from wp_users.
