Inline Date Picker Not Retaining Value on Edit

I'm having an issue with the Inline Date Calendar not retaining the original value when the user goes in to edit the form. Instead, the date field defaults to today's date. I want it to default to today's date, when it's a new form, but not when the user is trying to edit the form. This is causing some confusion for my users.

Incidentally, I'm only using the Inline Date Calendar, because the pop-up calendar stopped allowing the user to select a date on mobile devices. (Note: the calendar pops-up, it just doesn't allow the selection of a date - and this only happens on mobile). Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I've had the same problem -- date on calendar keeps reverting to today's date. Actually, it looks like the field retains the correct date value, it just doesn't display it in the calendar properly.

Had to abandon the Inline Date Calendar until they fix it.

Thanks for confirming that it's not just me! I hate it when I'm the ONLY one who has the problem.

I just tested it and the inline calendar field isn't retaining the date on submit, at least not for me. I'd like to revert back to the original pop-up calendars, but because it stopped working correctly on mobile, for me, that's not really an option either. Hopefully Steph and crew can come up with a quick fix.
