Install pro / keep existing forms

We bought pro and have a zip file for it.  It is installed in our production system.  We have been creating forms in our development system as well using Formidable lite.  How can I install pro in our development system without erasing our existing forms?

Every time I try to install, it says the formidable directory already exists and won't install.
