IS this possible?
I have a list of postal codes, each with as zone in the next column. The zone indicates which price point the client receives.
The idea would be a page to "register" and based on their postal code, they are directed to a page based on one of the 4-6 zones as described above.
So essentially, the form would need to lookup the database to match the postal code, read the zone, and redirect to the right page... Hopefully that makes sense.
Just looking for direction & understanding on feasibility at this point.

Hi David,
This is certainly possible by the sound of it using Formidable's Lookup fields.
You would need to create 2 forms; one to act as the database and one for the client to fill in.
Form 1 would have 2 fields (Postcodes and Costs) and you can import your list as entries into this form.
Form 2 would be for your users to fill in which uses a look up field to search the Postcodes and associated costs.
When they submit the form you can make the URL they are sent to conditional using the fields within the form.
Hope that helps.
Chris
