Just isn't working

I've successfully installed and creative forms previously, but have one now that doesn't work. I just get a blank screen after submission.

It's not possible to troubleshoot the issue with the information you've provided, so here are some general ideas for you to try:

 

Is it the only form on the site that seems to break?

White screen usually means PHP related? What version of PHP are you using? Make sure you are running a version that meets the WordPress recommendations.

Check the console. Is the form throwing any jQuery errors?

Enable WP Debug. Do the logs show any errors?

Check for plugin conflicts.
