I have a grandfathered plan for Formidable Pro.  Do I have to license every year?  And, can I deactivate some URLs that are no longer needed?  Need clarification so I can proceed.  Thanks

Robert I have a Pro plan as well and yes we are charged every year to renew. Regarding removing licenses you can do that in you account here with ease.

That would be https://formidableforms.com and when in click on My Account then Licenses and there you will see the websites that you added.
