List collected email addresses privately (not on front end)

I want to produce a list the email addresses that have been submitted (and thus collected) in a particular form or forms.  I understand that I can produce such a list with the Views function, but that would require me to publish my list of email addresses on the front end, which would be very undesirable.  How can I extract a particular entry, email addresses in this case, from a form without exposing the data to the rest of the world?  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
