Mortgage Form Template Export
I like your mortgage form template, but am wondering how, once collected, the data is then exported in a form usable by mortgage pros to their CMS? The fannie mae file format (.fnm) seems to be a popular format used by many. Without such a format, the broker would have to import the data by hand, which would likely make the mortgage form template not a viable option for most .... so hoping there's a solution I might be overlooking so the data is importable into CMS and similar. TIA!

Any export to a non-standard file format, i.e. CSV, JSON, XML, requires custom coding. Even at that standard formats may require custom coding if the receiving system requires a specific format. You can hook into a Formidable action at the time an entry is saved to create your export file. When working with financial applications, you may also have to consider SFTP transfer, encryption, and password protection. None of this is available natively in a general tool like Formidable.
If it's not something you're comfortable doing yourself, you should consider hiring a developer.

Thanks, I thought this might be the case. The likelihood of mortgage brokers or loan officers using the template and then manually inputting the data by hand is very very low due to the time constraints of doing so, so was hoping there was a solution out there. Thought I remembered coming across a zapier article discussing such an export somewhere but maybe not. We will probably use an existing off the shelf 1003 app solution or develop one if we costs justify it. Thanks!
