Can user make multiple input for number

EX : User1 - 12001,122002,100222

then, the number, user can choosing in dropdown fileds

 

"I try to make other option in dropdown" BUT the number is replacing, can't add new number

I hope my problem is clear in here, thank you

Dropdown fields are predefined by whomever has added it. If someone would like to add a number, you can add the "other" field option.

FYI - You do not enter your data into a drop down as comma separated. They should be line break separated.
